Azran provides masterclasses and workshops ranging from half-day to week-long programs that combine his engaging insights and experiences with interactive learning activities and simulations, and facilitated group coaching and discussion sessions for a deep-dive into the Breakthrough Mindsets themes of 'Strategic Leadership', 'Agile Leadership', 'Empathetic and Connected Leadership', and 'Resilient Leadership'

Azran is an ICF-certified executive coach that works with a limited number of senior executive leaders on a one-to-one basis. Coaching engagements typically comprise of 6-9 sessions over a one-year period. Common coaching themes include CEO succession, managing Boards and stakeholders, driving growth and innovation, leading M&A integrations, handling performance pressure and building trust.
